With experience in strategic and operational management, gained within a family business operating province-wide,
and university level competencies acquired in organisational and international management, I offer businesses optimal

Of the 27 years spent in the family business, 8 years experience as corporate director have allowed me to become an expert in strategic and operational management. My leadership and abilities in management drove the family business operating province-wide and its 200 employees to become an organisation focused on performance and innovation. I initiated the implementation of ISO 9001 quality control (version 2000) and ISO 14001 environmental control systems, which further established the business as an innovator on the provincial scale, since we were the first civil engineering group to have this environmental qualification.
My experience in handling occupational health and safety systems and programs (prevention mutual and retrospective plan) as well as risk prevention and reduction has been confirmed by the numbers showing a solid performance in efficiency and cost reduction. I motivated the company’s resources to attain organisational goals in profitability, quality and environmental friendliness, in addition to implementing simple and efficient management principles with profitability in mind. Finally, I played a significant role as the company’s representative dealing with various partners, suppliers and clients, and was involved with the acquisition/creation of many legal entities.
In addition to this expertise in strategic management, I have a professional college degree (D.E.C.) with a specialisation
in construction, a Master’s degree in organisational management as well as a university degree in international commerce. I am a contributing member of the community through my participation as board member of many associations and honorary president for various fund raisers.
With the sum of such rich and diversified experience and qualifications, particularly in management, I offer my services
